Eco Construction's Owner Representative Program:

As the owner's representative, Eco Construction advises the owner on pre-construction and construction-related aspects of projects. Eco acts as an extension of its client's staff, while offering access to and the support of our in-house specialists, including engineers, architects, scheduling personnel, accountants and estimators.

Eco Construction's tasks as an owner's representative can include, but are not limited to, the following: constructability reviews, value engineering, budgeting, scheduling, bid package preparation, procurement oversight, bid evaluation, field oversight, field supervision, cost control, closeout and warranty procedures. Eco Construction can also provide related services such as program management, project management and construction consulting.
